Description:
Dance Re:Ignite is a project framework of participatory and training activities and celebrations designed to enhance and develop dance practice and infrastructure of provision for adults in Hertfordshire.
A dance artist will work regularly with the group from St Albans and surrounding areas from January to March 2022, to create a new storytelling dance piece. Participants will also have the option to devise and co-lead a workshop package in the community, before performing in a local tour. The new dance piece will be performed at 10 venues across St Albans City & District, in 2 broadcasts, 2 mini doorstep performances (March – May 2022) and in the Dance Re:Ignite mini festival in March 2022.
