At 9am each weekday participants are greeted on Zoom by a Wake Up and Dance Host (BEEE Creative, Dacorum Community Dance, Active Dacorum), listen and dance along to 10 minutes of music tracks (no taught movement) and have a brief moment to give everyone a wave and connect before leaving.
