Description:
Dance Re:Ignite is a project framework of participatory and training activities and celebrations designed to enhance and develop dance practice and infrastructure of provision for 55+ year olds in Hertfordshire.
Dawn Hudson will work regularly with the Trestle Arts Base group – Dance Now, alongside visual artist Kathryn Holt, from January to March 2024, to create a new dance piece. Participants will also have the option to devise and co-lead a workshop package in the community, before performing in a local tour. The new dance piece will be performed at 10 venues across St Albans (April 2024 – February 2025) and in the Dance Re:Ignite Festival in July 2024 & 2025.
