Wake Up and Dance

At 9am each weekday participants are greeted on Zoom by a Wake Up and Dance Host (BEEE Creative, Dacorum Community Dance, Active Dacorum), listen and dance along to 10 minutes of music tracks (no taught movement) and have a brief moment to give everyone a wave and connect before leaving. Creative Connections (Silsoe)

Led by Kezia Jolly, these classes are mixture of chair based, standing and traveling exercises incorporating basic dance moves and choreography.The class has a holistic approach, of mind, body and soul and everyone comes away feeling uplifted, positive and confident as well as improving general movement, stretching and strengthening too. There is a real community feel to the group where we all work together and can socialise afterwards, meeting like-minded people who are all in the same position.
