Description:
Get yourself moving and active at home but in the company of others online! BEEE Creative will lead a weekly, fun dance workshop for all abilities, providing a gentle physical and mental workout. Most of the exercises are taught routines but with some games and moments of creative input from you. All sessions include work for strengthening, flexibility and balance.
