Life is full of surprises! Imagine this: Before I started my internship, I discovered BEEE Creative's work at Middlesex University's event in 2021 called "Gradstock." It was like finding a hidden gem! 😄
Fast forward to today, where I find myself immersed with Perform Transform project. I get to work not only with Carrie Washington and her team but also with artists, museums, and communities. It's like joining a big creative family! This makes me feel connected and excited about my job because I'm contributing to a bigger picture. 🌟
The essence of sharing, something I've embedded from my time with BEEE CREATIVE, has become my guiding principle.
As I shadowed Carrie, I learned that effective management isn't just about having a clear purpose and commitment; it's about communicating these values to the people who join us on this thrilling journey. It's a lesson in the art of reaching out to communities, enriching my own explorations, and expanding our impact.
