BEEE Creative is looking to extend our Board of Trustees
March 2, 2023We are seeking applications to recruit five enthusiastic dance artists/practitioners, experienced in leading workshops in primary school settings, to join us in a new dance and digital development project in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
We are keen to forge meaningful and lasting links with practitioners locally in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, who are interested in dance and digital technology work and how this creative exploration is a tool to engage pupils in learning. This particular opportunity is about connecting with people who specialise in education, learning and participation, to support the delivery of our LEAP project – collaborating with six Primary Schools. Selected practitioners will work alongside BEEE Creative, our partner lead artists and schools, developing schemes of work delivered through a series of school residencies, CPDL workshops, resource development and a final festival in 2025.
The project is funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation
Post: Freelance dance practitioner – LEAP
Salary: £30 per hour / £200 per day
Hours: Freelance
Location: TBC but includes Bedford, Borehamwood and Central Bedfordshire
