The performance lasts approximately 10 minutes and is suitable for a range of community settings, including care homes, day centres, sheltered housing lounges, and lunch clubs. Following the performance, the group can lead a workshop (30 – 45 minutes) and have time for refreshments and chat with participants.  The workshop is suitable for all ages and can be done seated.\nPast performances include: HILS Kingfisher Club, Passport to Leisure, Sing Out at Trestle, Trinity Community Project, Daylight Club, Age Concern Lunch Club, St Albans Day Service.\nResidency Information:\nFor community groups that would like to embed further dance opportunities in their provision for their members, Dance Re:Ignite St Albans is available for a series of five follow-up workshop sessions.
