Gabrielle’s business background is in graphic design, but their foundations have always been firmly rooted in art. I am a full-time artist, and in 2018 I opened my art studio in Bishop's Stortford to help teach beginners how to draw and paint.

Beginner artists are often convinced they have no talent and therefore can’t produce anything worthwhile. Gabrielle always says that being creative isn't about having talent; it's about being brave and having a go. And then another. And another. That's the way you get better at art. Actually, that’s the way you get better at anything!

Along with tutoring, Gabrielle loves to paint. At the moment they are focusing on florals in oils and acrylics. They intend to paint loosely to capture movement and life on the canvas. Gabrielle is also mesmerised by painting portraits; there's something magical about capturing an expression with only brush strokes and paint.
