Maxine enjoys experimenting with different mediums using inks and paints in a way that can be unpredictable. This challenges the urge to strive for perfection and become more comfortable with letting go. This is so therapeutic, creating freedom and space to be more fluid and experimental. She has ME/CFS and uses art to express and connect to others and founded Hertfordshire ME/CFS Support group. Maxine trained as a dancer which influences her creative work.
